In a report by the Department of Public Relations of Isfahan Province Cultural Heritage Office, this morning, June 8, Jafar Jafar Salehi, Deputy Director of Crafts and Traditional Arts of Isfahan Province's Cultural Heritage Office, said: "every year, when approaching World Craft Day (June 10), and due to the importance of this day and to appreciate the efforts of artists and activists in this field, numerous and varied programs are on the agenda. This year, as in previous years, Isfahan province has several programs.
He emphasized: ceramic and pot specialized exhibition in the Traditional Arts House, attendance on the radio and TV programs and commemoration of the World Crafts Day and Crafts Week, the launch of the project "Thursdays with crafts" on June 13, holding Handicraft Workshop in priority fields at Chehel Sotoun World Complex, Handicraft Video Exhibition, Card Weaving Training Workshop at Isfahan Crafts Innovation and Development Center, holding commemoration ceremonies in the city, and meeting pioneer craftsmen in this week are some of the programs.
He added: After the Crafts Week, we will see the 11th International Handicrafts and Tourism Exhibition in Isfahan. Special events such as appreciating artists, holding workshops, launching specialized workshops on architecture, launching the first specialized home for crafts, and various other events are anticipated on the sidelines of the exhibition.
